Shipping Policy
BearTaDa products are made and fulfilled by third-party production partners. Because different products may be produced at different facilities, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Processing and delivery estimates
Each item is made to order. Most items take approximately 2–7 business days to produce before dispatch. Shipping time is additional.
- U.S. Standard shipping: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch for most production partners.
- U.S. Economy shipping, when offered: typically 4–8 business days after dispatch.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Available shipping methods, charges and any delivery estimates shown at checkout depend on the product and destination. Production, carrier delays, holidays and busy periods can extend these times. If you need an order for a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Multiple shipments
Orders containing different product types or variants may be split into multiple shipments. When this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided through your order confirmation or shipping notification.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. BearTaDa is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Delays
Carrier or production delays can occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at berta@beartada.com so we can investigate.
