Are BearTaDa products made to order?
Yes. Our products are made and fulfilled by production partners when you order.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by product and destination. Shipping charges are also calculated at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.
Why might my order arrive in more than one package?
Different items may be produced at different facilities, so products in one order can arrive separately and on different dates. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
How do I choose a shirt size and color?
Review the size chart on the shirt product page before ordering, and use the selectors to see the available color and size combinations. Our current Comfort Colors 1717 shirts have a relaxed unisex fit.
Can I cancel, return or exchange an order?
Please review our returns, exchanges and order issues policy before ordering. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible; cancellation may no longer be possible once production has started.
What if an item arrives damaged or has a production error?
Email berta@beartada.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review it under our refund policy.
How should I care for my purchase?
Follow the care instructions on the individual product page and any instructions included with your item.
